practically speaking, we all use this as a rule of thumb to save the time and effort of knowing people at the individual level.
It is kind of efficient becase of that. It works sometimes but definitely not always.
You see? Just like any heuristic, there is always a tradeoff between time and effort on the one hand and accuracy on the other.

No, not at all. Jesus himself is reported to hang out with the worst sinners. Whores and thieves and the like. I don't believe in that statement. There are people who are victims of circumstance and people who are helpers and people who are trying to make a difference in other people's lives. Mentor programs and counselors and doctors they all hang out with undesirables but that doesn't make them one.

no longer constantly. i attempt to decide human beings on a individual via individual foundation, yet I do think of that the team they're often with does tend to stay in the returned of my thoughts--that is basically human nature. even nonetheless, in the event that they do no longer act that way whilst they're with me, i'm prepared to furnish them the earnings of the doubt.

from my point of view i think that it depends on
if he walks with that person and they are a very good friends you can judge but even thou your judge must be partly you know because you never can be sure until you try that person to know who he is by himself

YES AND it goes well with : You can tell more about a person by what they say of others rather than what others say of them.
