I'N NEW TO PROGRAMMING!!! I was a lousy student, I never read directions, and I do EVERYTHING the hard way..

I know html...I'm ready to graduate...I've done a lot of vocab. studying...perl, basic, c++, yada-yada java(i'm hopeless).
yeah, so...any tips on a good beginner program? maybe one that does all 4 of those sfw processes in one? does that exist? i recently demoed this app. called Super Card...it may provide some hope. alright peace.
