Yes, a woman can get pregnant even if the penis doesn't enter her vagina. If a man ejaculates close to the vagina but before his penis gets in, some of the sperm may travel inside the vagina. If conditions are otherwise conducive, the sperm can then fertilise the woman's egg and she may get pregnant.

Green horn is right. It's more common among the young because of the strength of the sperm. But it does happen, though not often. Then again sometimes once is all it takes. Yet you both have to be naked down there & close up to each other. You don't get it from heavy necking, oral sex or any of those other wild tales you hear in high school.

there is no way to get pregnant unless his penis enters your vagina and he ejaculates inside you. unless you go to the doctor and have your egg and his sperm medically joined(invetro)
