first go to metear cave and you should find team magmar,after you team magmar is gone go to the cable car you can ride now,after you get off the cable car you can find team aqua and team magmar fight,go fight the team magmar boss and when he is gone take the meteor and go down the volcano(the place you are at is the volcano)you can find some trainer there,fight them all and you should be able to get to lavaridge town after you get down the grass or something else.
