It's almost the same. The only thing that's different is the contents on xbox live. There stuffs that you can only access only on the xbox 360 and not the xbox.

much difference. Better arcade games, better way to message friends(insted of clicking start and going through all the hassel) now since the webcame thing came out for 360, u can use that on live, also messaging is also easier than the way xbox had.

on xbox 360 u can download music, videos, and arcade games
u can also see ur other friends acounts who have 360's.
