I read somewhere, not sure where though, that Hitler first wanted to establish Nazi Germany in whole Europe... after doing that, he would start converting it into the "Aryan race", and the Aryan's which were Muslim or Buddhist or any other religion would be converted into christian religion, and if they would fight against it, THEY WOULD BE KILLED. Still, there are no informations about Hitler killing anyone from Aryan race, because, as I said before, he wanted first to take over the Europe, in which he of course failed, and then start converting it into a pure Aryan country.

Aside from Jews, the Third Reich targeted Germans from various religions, including, as was said above, Jehovah Witnesses. However, the reasons why these groups were the target of Nazi atrocity had nothing to do with religion, per se. In the case of Jehovah Witnesses, the Nazi government harassed and/or placed them into concentration camps because they would not swear allegiance to the Hitler and the Third Reich (as they don't swear). There were many Jehovah Witnesses that were martyred during this dark time.
Technically speaking, any person or group not agreeing (publicly and vocally) with the National Socialist government were targets for harassment and/or containment in concentration camps (or worse, once the Second World War began). However, these groups were not targeted with the same zeal and tenacity as was evident in the "Final Solution."
Please note, however, that Hitler did not kill groups of people like Jews, Jehovah Witnesses, or Gypsies. Any of the individuals carrying out such atrocities did so of their own free will. Interestingly, too, there is no historic evidence (no "smoking gun") from Hitler ordering genocide. This should not, however, detract from the horror and wickedness spawned by Nazism during the rule of the Third Reich.
@Stone K - The movie you're thinking of is "The Ninth Day" (2004). The German title is "Der Neunte Tag." Wonderful film.

Hitler had no plans to kill pure Germans of any race or religion, he didn't care what they were as long as they were pure German, and in no way Jewish.

Actually a lot of people of various faiths were killed, as long as they opposed his power they were removed. There was a movie about a chatolic priest who opposed the Nazis and was later sent to the camps... it is an old film I will try to find the name and edit on to my answer later.
Hitler had no allegiance to any religion except for the one he and his inner circle were creating. although it had a loose base in Christian dogma, it was almost entirely made up to suit his world view.
I think it is very fair to say if Hitler had eventually won the war, all religions would have been summarily extinguished.
Thanks jason!

Jehovah's witnesses got on the wrong side of him through their pacifism.
Heinrich Himmler thought Islam was a great religion for a soldier.

no, he had no plans to kill any pure german as he thought that the jews were the reason of their defeat in first world war as they joined hands with the enemies of germany. so he was against jews not against pure germans( the pure germans were in his army and on high posts but he abused the jews and motivated all germans to kill jews) .

by using fact his substantial concentration replaced into on the Jewish people in Germany. He made them the repository of all of the problems that had befallen Germany and on an identical time as he did choose for to be rid of something oas nicely, it replaced into the Jewish that he had a undeniable schedule in the direction of and in all probably hood his efforts agains non-Jews replaced into as lots to show something that he could, finally be coming for them besides, yet I do think of that he could have been completely happy if he had controlled to do away with the Jewish people of their enitrety and could probably had no longer made lots attempt in the direction of absolutely everyone esle after wards. no one is particularly specific why he had such pointed and direct own displeasure with their existance. some have theorized that it have been a Jew that refused his admission to paintings college, others have bup forth the notin that an ancestor of his replaced into Jewish and it replaced into the suited in self loathing that drove hime to be so aggressive in the direction of them, destroying in them what he hated in himslef. yet...it replaced into the surprisingly direct concentration that he placed on the Jewish peeople, and the reality that maximum folk of people killed interior the camps and by way of the invasions have been Jewish (one set of figures reported that for ever person killed that replaced into no longer Jewish, that something like 10 or 20 Jews have been killed on conventional) that has made them form of the symbolic poster toddlers for the attrocities of the Nazi social gathering.
