I can tell you about India. These chicken feet, sometimes, goat's head and intestinal parts are sold. These are bought by the poor people who cannot afford chicken and mutton.
Preparation is very simple as they are poor people, boiling it, frying with some spices and potatoes. So far I know, the feet are not eaten but it makes a flavor of chicken, that's all. The intestinal parts are sometimes cut is very small pieces and consumed like the head portion of goats.

Yes, they do. American not so much anymore since we're so rich now, that we throw away most of the animal parts when we slaughter them. (Actually we don't even know how to slaughter animals anymore either.) But many Asians still eat chicken feet.

Follow the link below for a recipe for chicken feet and noodles. There's even a picture. Interesting. Unusual.

Yes, when I was a boy growing up on the farm my grandparents ate them. They are usually fried, just like fried chicken. I never ate them, though. Earlier this month I was in China, and I saw them advertised on a billboard there, too...but they eat a lot of strange things!

We are spoiled these days, and just eat the best parts of meats.

yep, here's a recipe. I personally have never eaten them, but I hear they are wonderful.

CHICKEN FEET AND RICE

3 lb. chicken feet, scaled
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
2 tbsp. cayenne pepper

Put chicken feet in water, let cook until done. Add rice, chopped pepper and cayenne pepper. Let cook until rice is done.

Here in South East Asia they eat them all the time. They can be boiled or deep fried, whichever way one likes them. I myself don't care for them, though!

Yes they do.

In Thailand they deep fry them! Finger lickin' good!

For some reason while I was there I never got around to trying them.
