It feels great, especially at climax time! Folks: do not surprise your guy by doing this out of the blue. It is something you have to be comfortable with, so make sure he is adventurous enough to try it. Remember girls, clean, trim nails! Scented hand lotion or a lube (wet is great) is definitely needed. Remember guys, no clinching-you're not trying to keep something in! I know girls that also enjoy this as well.

never had one done, but i suppose you'll need a bit of lubricant and trim you fingernail. inset your finger with your pad downward until you locate the prostate, you may need to fully extend your finger in as the prostate is about 3-4" internally, you might just end up massaging the tip of the prostate

I think its wastage of time n nonsense. Its nt for theraputic purpose, its only for pleasure for girls.
Massage on skin of d body is enough. I dnt think that prostrate, uterus, ovary, vagina, testis, fallopian fubes, urethera, stomach pancreas, oesophagus, mouth r needed by putting ur hands n fingers in those naughty orifices. Its all fake n just for pleasure. That's all.
Just b careful in doing those activities. Nails should not tear d lumen (anus). That may complicate ur problems.

no it is not for gays only, but most of men as u know had a big ego while doing sex, and put finger in this area may scratch his ego, but in general if it made by lady it will be so great.
