If someone sneezes, does that mean you can't say, "Bless You?"

I think you should do what your heart tells you to do. If you feel compelled to say "Bless you", then do it!

well maybe in some other cultures its not good to say "bless you", i dont know but i was raised to say "bless you" when someone sneezes and if there offended by it then i am to because i was trying to be nice. i heard a myth about why we say "bless you" or "God bless you" and its to protect you from your soul escaping or they say your heart stops when you sneeze. preeety wierd, oh wellz

Of course, you can say "bless you!" Though some might get offended. We worry too much about offending people these days. Early America wasn't so woosy.

Bless you is so ingrained in American culture that if someone were to get offended, they are just stupid. You don't have to be religious to say that, people say it to be courteous that's all. Most people don't even know why they say it.

I rather they don't considering I'm an atheist... if they do, I just ignore them. *shrugs* Not a big deal...
