if i have my lobes pierced 2 on each ear, and i want to get the cartalige pierced do i get 1 on each ear or on just 1 ear?

It is completely up to you.
Most girls only get one side done. I only got my left side done, after having 3 peircings in each lobe, for i didnt want to get both sides to make it look over done. I started looking around at other girls ears.. girls who do get it done most usually only have one side. Which side.. doesnt matter. About the same amount have it left than on the right.
And it doesnt hurt any more than the lobe did.. so have fun!

it doesnt matter. whatever you feel like! i have 3. my first one was on my top rigth ear. and i gto one on each ear in th emiddle of the outer lobe a few months ago. you will have soem sleeping problems! lol and pkease whatever you do get cartilage piercings done by a professional!!! not a store at the mall with a piercing gun!. i learned that frommy firneds at first. they all had troubles with thier cartilage piercings by having it done with the gun. and developed keloids which is an unsighlty bumb (its an over growth of scar tissue) and can only be surgically removed... and have done research. going to the professionals is always 1000000 times better than going and gettign any piercings at the mall! especially a cartilage piercing! but whatever you want tyou can get! one or both. just keep em clean!

I would suggest just get one on the left ear

I think now it's all a matter of preference. I have the left cartilage on top done (that was years ago but I remember it hurt for MONTHS!) Now I also see them do that little nub in the middle of your ear (ouch! It seems like it would hurt, but my cousin got hers done when I got my nose. She said it wasn't so bad) but I've seen BOTH sides done on that one, and that looks hot!
