Why is the key to the question . and crazy is the answer everyone as a hole and not a % is a strong jesture are you included.? the big problem is the manufactors of chemicals and waste water with poliutants that contaminate the soils and plant life .and ect... and could fill this block and then some question is what to do about it. to change it or slow it down with better filtration and use for the waste product.
