The statistics on female orgasm have been debated for several decades at this point...

There are basically three categories:

Do not orgasm - up to 30% or so (disturbing) root cause unknown, but environmental influences such as how they were raised (guilty about being touched in the 'naughty' parts, etc) are considered most probable cause, rather than some physical issue.

Orgasm requires clitoral stimulation - the majority of women require some form of clitoral stimulation in order to orgasm. Some can achieve both vaginal and clitoral, most require only clitoral stimulation.

Vaginal Orgasm - very few women experience strictly vaginal orgasm. The majority require clitoral stimulation period. Or clitoral and vaginal stimulation. However, some women can be brought to orgasm by simple vaginal stimulation (fingers, penis, dildo, vibrator...). This is probably the smallest percentage of women.

As for men - with widespread health issues impacting men, a larger and larger percentage of men cannot perform sexually (in regards to having an erection). Most men can still be brought to orgasm, despite the lack of an erection, or a poor erection.

Such men are put in a situation where they need to manually stimulate their partners (which is fine, as mentioned most women do not orgasm strictly vaginally). Fingers, tongue and toys are all available and should be used regardless of whether or not the man can get it up... paying attention to a woman's entire body is generally, if not invariably advisable.

Generally all women can orgasm but many many women do not orgasm from intercourse. Lots of women have not discovered how to make themselves orgasm as they feel that masturbation is dirty or not normal for a woman when in fact it is the only way a woman can learn what feels good and what does make them orgasm.

Most woman can. It is harder for some than others. Most woman can not have one by having regular intercourse. They need oral and stimulation by hand. If you can not, explore your own body. Do not feel ashamed of touching yourself, find your clit and stimulate yourself until you have one. There are other methods you can use like the shower or toys. As for men, there are some who have medical problems. Some are fixable while others are not. There are several surgeries that an implant is placed inside the man. Yes there is hope for everyone.

Every woman can have orgasm. Most guys are just not adept enough in sex.

Sex is like golf you know. You like it even if you are not good at it. But once you get good at it, it can be much better.
