i wouldn't be using either of those. Go out to your local chemist and get a lubricant - they are designed for sex. Vasline is not.

i agree w/ "spit on it" it sounds kinda gross, but we all know it's not going to hurt anything! and btw robitussin doesn't INCREASE ur mucus...(this makes alot of sense doesn't it???) When you have a cough...do you want MORE mucus??? Just as it THINS chest mucus when you have a cold it Thins cervicle mucus...
This is the danger of getting answers off of here...some ppl have no ****** clue what they'e talkin about
As for vasline...think about it...could u move if u were wrapped in vasline? now imagine being microscopic...not apretty picture...I've read that things like olive oil are good to use, but that as well doesn't make since to me...so stick to the spit...Foreplay...or fork over the money and buy the preseed stuff ppl keep talkin about
goodluck

this is kinda off topic but have you tried the instead soft cup? it can be used during your menstural cycle but also some women are using for trying to get pregnant. heres what instead says:
Q: I am trying to get pregnant would inserting an INSTEAD Softcup Immediately after intercourse help trap sperm in place to help increase the probability that I get pregnant?
A:
The INSTEAD, Inc. has not studied the post-intercourse placement of anINSTEAD Softcup as a method to help improve the probability of conception. However, the INSTEAD Softcup, based on its design, when properly in place
does trap menstrual fluid from flowing down from the cervix into the vagina. So, placement immediately after intercourse would retain fluids flowingdownward, keeping them trapped around the entrance of the cervix until theremoval of the INSTEAD Softcup.

Buy something appropriate. Don't try for out of the cabinet thing. Are you sure you need lubricants? Try without first.

no they're not. you can order a product called preseed online that is very sperm friendly and also even helpful to the little lost guys. you can take a spoonful of robutussin to help increase your mucus production to help things also.

Go natural- and if u can't then look to the ky jelly that is hypo-allergic- or you can ask the doc for info- if too embarrarssed then call the health dept. for safe lotions, but you shouldn't need them!
