No. The Europeans may have a different sizing system than Americans do, but their baby clothes are not bigger. Truth be told, most US brands do not follow the same sizing scheme (which is why some 6m clothes are far bigger than others).

No. They are smaller. My family sent me tons of beautiful clothing for my babies when they were born (Gymboree, Baby Gap, etc.) and more often than not, the label size was at least 2 months from their calendar age. Most of the clothing here (H&M, etc.) is labeled in centimeters i/o months anyway.
