Chances are you can smell the urine...even if you dont put the butt right up to your face...most times i can smell the babies urine! or if u just feel the diaper and it feels llike gel....thats what happens when its wet..it turns to like a jelly sttuff

The diaper is sagging. Or they have the tell tale marks on their clothing.
But you can't always tell. My granson doused me today while sitting on my lap. LOL

Boy babies get piss shivers (they wiggle after peeing) I don't know about the girls.
