I suggest just waiting until Janurary. You might have some trouble, but just keep looking in stores during that month, and you'll find one.

Rumor has it Nitendo is making more. The second part of this rumor is that there is going to be a shortage. If you really have your heart placed on getting one, put it on reserve. I would say that January or February is closest. But after May there will be extras.

My best guess is after christmas which is right now or wait until the beginning of January. Those are the two best dates.

Keep checking the stores, they usually arrive in stores every week. Walmart is your best bet.
