Someone who is cultured and well-mannered.
Someone who doesn't tell another what they think of them if it's unfavorable.
Someone who can carry on a conversation with anyone and be comfortable.
Cary Grant and Audrey Hepburn were sophisticated.
George Clooney reminds me a little of Cary Grant.
I think that there are very few sophisticated people in today's society.
That is very unfortunate.
