I received a money oder today for christmas. & i have no idea what to do with it. Do i go cash it at a grocery store, or at the bank? help!

You are going to need some form of picture ID to cash it. I think even a school ID might work, but I'm not positive. If you don't have anything, you'll have to go to your local DMV and get a picture ID and just wait til you receive it in the mail to cash it. Unless you sign it over to someone else to have them cash it for you. Call Western Union and ask them where their money orders can be cashed. I would think any bank would cash it, but you may be charged a fee if you don't have an account with them. I know that's how it works for checks anyhow.

Get your I.D. and go to a check cashing place or a supermarket. If you have a bank account your bank should cash it for you. I suppose depending on what type of M.O. may have their own places to cash them.

You can cash it at a bank, or, if it's from the post office, you can cash it there.
