Whatever makes u feel comfortable. I wear push up bras all day so i like to give them a rest at night because the bra and straps hurt a little sometimes. I just feel much more free at night without a bra.
Anyway, ther eis no right or wrong with wearing/not wearing a bra at night. However, if it is a very tight, constrictive bra then you could, as said, have a bit of sore breasts. And bras that are too tight etc put your breast muscle tissue through a bit of wear and tear.

Not necessary for most women, unless the breasts are huge or there are people around the house with whom you may not be comfortable being seen without a bra at night.
Natural air circulation helps the breasts (for that matter, other body parts too) and the skin round them to get refreshed. Breasts would sag for any woman as she grows old, but if her breasts are pendulous or very large, a support at night with a cotton bra is useful to control sagging.
In fact men (and women) also should refrain from wearing an underwear item while sleeping, for a similar reason. Air circulation in the pubic area is essential. We all wear tight or heavy clothing during daytime as we go out to work, and wearing little clothing (or even sleeping in the nude) is a great relief. Try it out and see for yourself.

its actually not always a good idea to wear it at night. I used to all the time when I was younger and I stopped about 10 years ago.
First of all it just feels better while i'm sleeping to just let the girls out to breathe and be free for a while....
But also, constantly wearing a bra can eventually leave divits in your shoulders where the bra straps are.

Never wear a bra in night while sleeping. Try to give your breast to feel the environment. This is good for the development of breast also. Yaah! you may put a light tight slip, if you feel not comfortable without a bra while sleeping.

Try this.

Yes, because gravity affects your breasts even if you're laying down. If you want to keep your breasts from sagging early/easy, then wearing a bra as much as possible will aid in keeping breasts from sagging too much. It's not the post comfortable thing, but it is also possible to wear sports bras. Those are more comfortable to sleep in than wire bras.

As for the previous comment about "breasts needing to breathe". That is not true. It is true only for the vagina. It is best not to wear panties at night when sleeping, as it needs to breathe. So basically bra is good for as long as possible, but panties is good to stay off to let in oxygen.

Yes because after a while your breasts will sag. Wearing a bra at night will keep them from falling or start sagging. Wear at least a leisure bra it keeps breasts fresh and cool. And it lets the breast tissue to breath. I wear a bra at night the one i wear is cotton and not so tight. My breasts look very perky when i wake up in the morning. Hope this helps lots of luck oh by the way sears, Mervyn's or jcpenny's carries leisure or sleep bras for about 12 to 16 dollars and they last. Merry Christmas.

Why would you want to! You wear one most of the day, I love being able to take it off at night. It's comfortable. I know a lot of girls still wear them while sleeping, I don't recommend it. You probably wear out your bra and ruin the wires if you're sleeping with it on.

I have been using a bra at night for a long time and now i don't even know that I'm using one, at first it will be uncomfortable but it is very easy to get used to and it has worked for me, so i recommend it.

Some people do if they are well endowed, it'll help keep 'em together and not get stomped on by your hands, etc.

I personally never wore one at night, I hated wearing bras but had to cuz I was huge. (38J, now a 38C yippee!)
