I hear people talking about getting the 3 regi's and training them but its all new to me.. i just wanna know how to get masterballs.

you can get three master balls in sappire,one is in the aqua's hide out,in the room where there are two eletrode and a nugget and a master ball.
the second one is the lottery,if you can win the lottery 5 times or 6 you can get another masterball.
the third one is at the mirage island,once you find the berry on the island,use itemfinder around it and you can find a master ball.

How to Open Regi Doors
In Regirock's cave go to the Braille then go right twice and down twice and use strength.
In Registeel's cave go to the center and use fly.
In Regice's cave read the Braille a few times and wait a bit and the door will open.
Easy Way to Catch the Three Regi's
It's in fact very easy to catch them. All you have to do is find a pokemon with sleep powder or yawn (Oddish recommended) & put the pokemon you're battling to sleep. With this method I caught them all in 1 shot with a great ball. However, it's really luck that decides whether you catch it or not!

my way u need a cable and 2 GBAs and games.
1. make a file on one where u r at that part.
2. on the other game u play up until u get the masterball.
3. u trade it to your other game.
4. repeat

whatver u do do not use it on rayquaza or any other pokemon in hte game.u need to use it on latios/latias(they run away after the first move of the battle) to get latios/latias, u need to beat the elite 4 then when u appear in ur room, talk to the tv and it will say there is a red/blue pokemon seen flying around. this means that latios/latias are now roaming around the world, and u need to be lucky to see them. once u see them, u can track them down on ur pokedex "area finder" u dont need the master ball for rayquaza because rayquaza is just like catching kyogre but he is a higher lvl. so if u caught kyogre without the master ball(wich i didn't and i regret it)than u can catch rayquaza without it. *btw if u dont have the masterball yet..... and u have kyogre.... u cant get it because u find it in team aqua's/magma's base and u cant comeback to the base, sry! : ) *
