i have a son that is 19 months but i want to know how can i get pregnant again the first time was easy but now its hard now that im trying to have one so can you help me and tell me how i can get pregnant please

I always thought that it is easy the next time but it seems you're having a hard time yourself. I suppose you're a working mother and you're too busy working and looking after your son plus you're so eager to have another baby. These events alone will give you enough stress that will affect your hormone level. Try and slow down, take some time away from all this if you can. Arrange it with your partner so you two can have a time together, a relaxing time away. If you can time it during your ovulation it would be ideal too.
Another trick that you can do is to have your lovemaking every four days. Since sperm can survive three days, give it a little space of time in between. That way your body's army eased up its guard so it won't kill the sperm right away. The more often you make love the more active they are and the tendency of getting pregnant will be affected.
If the above doesn't work or to make it more effective, get down on your knees and say a silent prayer. I'll pray for you too.

Are you still breast feeding? I have heard that you are less likely to get pregnant if you are breast feeding. However, I should think you would want a little more space between children. It would make it much easier for you and allow you to give your child attention he needs now. I think it is more difficult to be a good mother if you have children too close together (and too many).
