You know I just tried to find where I got it from & the site is no longer available. All I can suggest is to to buy it. Otherwise I could email it to you somehow. It is a HUGE file though so it might not work. Hmmmm, what to do, what to do? I'll go away & ponder it & see if I can come up with anything else!
