First it may be prob because of overheating of processor,
open the pc and check wheather the processor fan is rotating or not
second remove all connection of ur power supply to ur mbd and short the green and black wire of twenty pin connector of ur smps with a small pin and power on and keep for some time if its not getting off means there is no prob with ps.
third ur pc may be affected by virus scan for virus and delete it

To check if u r system is rebooting due to an hardware issue
power on the system and enter in to BIOS and leave it. See if it reboots. If it does then u have a hardware problem. If it does not then u certainly have a problem with u r software.
