There is this site other than Google Earth that lets you look at a live image of your house and I cant remember what it is somebody help me!!

http://maps.google.com - click the Satellite button on the right and enter your address at the top, it's the same images as google earth but no download
click and drag to move, double click to zoom in at the point, scroll up and down to zoom in and out
