Why dont you just leave your skin as it is
I dont understand why so many people want to look tan
I think it looks really bad and ugly

i tanned like every day with baby oil during summer for a few hours in my back yard. i live in california. i have a natural tan though so be careful if you have fairer skin and will get burned. i wouldnt recommend self tanning and beds/booths are way worse than sun tanning. although even in the sun is very bad without uva/uvb sunscreen which i didnt use. i know it was a bad decision on my part but i was so dark by the end of summer and i loved it! so id have to say sprays are the only safe way.

good luck

You can just use self-tanners from cans.
It's winter, so if you get a tan now, it'll look obviously fake.

if i use oil and sit in the sun all day will i get tan without damaging my skin?
Yes, the sun will still affect your skin. Using oil does not shield it.

Just don't use Sally Hansen's self-tanner. My friend used it and it came out streaky, orange, and smelly. I suggest you use Dove's Energy Glow Shimmering Lotion with Skin Brighteners. It just a subtle glow but it still works.

Pale is the new tan.

the safest way is to use self taning lotion, there are some good ones out there that dont turn you orange, or get the spray on tan from one of the tanning salons. you dont want to sit in the sun all day as you will burn and this will damage your skin.
if you only want a light tan you can get a moistarising lotion which will give you a light tan.

Sun rays are very good for vitiamin k but too much, no matter how much sunscreen or oil will make your skin look like leather in time- stay the way you are and be proud- white, black or green we all are very beautiful and that is lovely!-
