I assume that youre mentioning the shisha or hookah.Its a glass with various shapes where you burn tobacco on top of it and in the glass its filled with water.You can see it almost everywhere in Egypt.
Its hazardous.Sources said that smoking shisha is equal to 100/200 pieces of cigarettes.This is mainly because it uses charcoal to burn the tobacco up.Theres filter selling separately for the shisha,it wouldnt filter up much though.
