Is it fair that other seasonal employees(even the ones hired the same time as me) get more hours than me. I get about 4-6 hours a week but other employees that started with me (and they have 2nd jobs are getting at least 15 hours a week and I am in college , but I am out until the end of January, and have been getting these type of hours since the beggining of October.) Should I quit my job , before looking for another one?

Look for another job, even one for only a few hours.

Check your work habits. Are you one of the better workers?

I think not.

Why? Because the better workers usually will get the most hours.
