A horsea or a feebas? is better?

It's down to opinion, as the final form of each pokémon is very different.

Kingdra, the final form of Horsea, is a dragon/water type. this type combination gives it oly one weaknesses; dragon. It's stats are incredibly balanced. I think that this is from pokemon. i never got past the "crystal" version, so i would have to go with horsea. My favorite I ever had was Dragonite.

i would say a feebas,i this is an extremely rare pokemon,this pokemon is difficult to find but it is worth it because it can envolve into the most beatiful pokemon milotic,and it has a high defence and HP.so it is worth it,and feebas can only envolve into milotic if its beauty is 120 and above.
