Hope you are Hindu & married under the Hindu Marriage Act,1955. Sec 5 of this Act provide the condition for a Hindu Marriage according to sub sec (ii) neither party should be an idiot or a lunatic at the time of marriage. Sec 12 of the Act provides any marriage solemonised in contravention of this condition makes such mariage voidable that may be annuled by a decree of nullity. Here a person to be an idiot or lunatic should be as according to expert medical report. Now as far your case you simply say she is half mind lady. What does this term means has to be seen with medical point of view. Show her to a medical expert who can define her this condition. If his report covers any of the 2 terms i.e. idiot or lunatic then only you can move petition for annulment . If your case is not covered in these clauses then get her proper psychiatric/physcological treatment. This is only resettlement posible in your life.

half mind~ has she been diagnosed with being ill.
some guys cant cope and run first sight of any medical illness.
Or is the honey moon over and she is not as hot as she use to be.
Resettlement I think you want to get a divorce but you want to do it nicely...
contact her family and see if they want her!

i don't know what you mean by 'half mind lady' but if you just got married recently you can get it annulled. it's like a divorce, which cancels out the marriage. i'm sure this will hurt her feelings,because it's admitting you think the marriage was a mistake. but better to do it soon and get ti over with.

Well hunny there are a lot of people out there that have problems but that is no reason to leave anyone. that is one of the worlds biggest problems today people getting married and then trying to find a way out for some stupid reason nobody is perfect and everyone has somekind of flaw with them when you marry you marry for love so you must have been in love with this women at some point in your life so don't give up keep tryin like my husband and i did we almost gave up but i am glad we did not .we have been married for 3 going on 4 years now so think about it i you were to leave this one when you marry again you might have another problem are you going gto leave her to and just keep getting married yuo don't want to live like that. all women are shot tempered and i am sure men are more but EXAMPLE: YOU MARRY SOMEONE AND THEY START DOING THINGS YOU DON'T LIKE OR THEY GET ON YOUR NERVES OR THEIR FEET SINK THEY SNORE TO LOUD THEY ARE ALWAYS GETTING IN YOUR BUISNESS THEY ARE DEFENSIVE TO EVERYTHING ANYONE SAYS( WHO CARES ) THERE ARE MANY DIFFERENT PEOPLE IN THIS WORLD THE NEXT ONE YOU GET COULD BE WORSE SO TRY TO WORK EVERYTHING OUT FIND OUT WHY SHE IS THE WAY SHE IS FIND OUT WHAT CAN BE DONE TO HELP PREVENT DEVORICE. MAYBE ALL IT IS IS CHANGE MANY PROBLEMS ARE CAUSED FROM CHANGE YOU JUST HAVE TO LEARN TO ADAPT SO MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR ATLEAST GIVE IT A CHANCE. AND ALSO TRY TO TALK TO HER SHE JUST MIGHT FEEL THE SAME WAY DON'T GIVE UP AND DON'T DO NOTHING U MIGHT REGRET.

Do you mean that you think she is stupid? Well if that is the case then I really suggest that instead of talking to others about it you should talk to her about it. Divorce really should not be an option. If you loved her once before you should be able to fall in love with her again. Just try a little harder. She is the one that you swore to love forever, and if you break your vowes no woman worth having will trust you.

Half mind lady?? what does that mean? and if she is crazy why have you only just noticed this where have you been till now?
Are you saying you now want a divorce? if so of course it will hurt her feelings unless she feels the same way.

if u see it isn't working out, and will make u unhappy than move on, but help this woman get through this, help her resettle. unfortunately there is no way to get out of it without hurting her.

its bad to ask this u make ur life happy make her comfartable with u by loving her the most and care her like she never been cared she wil be up to ur mark.....and never think of such thing as u have planned its bad ...if u can not settle with one u will never settle with any one its the fact u have this problem with her may be u will have some other kind of prob with another or after doing what u planned....

If you are saying she is crazy just run for your life and don't look back, if you are saying that she is a bit slow mentally then too bad you married her so deal with it
