you mean the ugg repelent spray ? you're supposed to use that before wearing. i just used it on some new uggs and it made them a little rough and kind of not as smooth as before but it wasn't too bad.. how rough are urs now?

You can get uggs at http://urlx.org/directtrack.com/94bab , all you have to do is fill out the survey and you will recieve them. My sister got her uggs from that site and all she had to do was enter in her email address. You can get real ugg cleaners from that site also.

if you sprayed them before they got dirty then its definately a good thing

okay, this is wat i had to do when i got paint on my ugg slippers & it will work for any kind of uggs.
you need swaid (spelling...?)
you get that & it sprays on the boot. then you get a swaid brush (spelling...?)
you scrub then
i doubt you did something wrong, they will be a little bit rough, just dont put them in the wash, whatever you do, dont put them in there

it takes a pretty long time. or atleast it took me a while. best of luck
