heartbreaking seems pretty easy nowadays
building friendships and then tearing is so comon its not funny

It depends on what your breaking, physically it is easier to break something such as a building rather than build it. But other things such as bad habits are easy to build and hard to break....

breaking is easier because you wont think of the "perfect" thing about it except that you clean the rubble...... building needs to be perfected as planned.... so i would rather choose breaking....
