If a man and a woman engage in reproductive activities, there is allways a chance that they will be successful. So yeah, it can and does happen, but it is still very wise to use a condom. After the next Generation A becomes active, well we as humans have allready ignored that problem far to long for it to really matter any more.
Merry Christmas!

Anything is possible especially if it breaks, but if the condom is used properly and does not break then they are pretty safe. I used condoms for years and never got pregnant and then the first month I stopped using them I got pregnant-so for me they worked great.

NO - not if it is used correctly, fits properly, and does not tear or slip.
By "used correctly" I mean it is properly applied before any genital contact and stays on for one ejaculation only, you separate immediately after ejaculation, and another condom is carefully applied before any more contact. If you really use it carefully and there's no slippage or defect (slippage and breakage DOES happen), it's theoretically one hundred percent effective contraception.
Most of the time if a conception happens while the couple is using a condom, it is because it was used improperly, or because it slipped. I myself became pregnant due to a condom that slipped off during intercourse and we didn't feel it.

Yes, but very rare. Usually when someone says they are pregnant with a condom it is because the guy left it on after ejaculation and it slips in, or because there was penetration before putting the condom on.

If used properly, you have a 1-2% chance (condoms are ~99% effective). However, not everyone uses properly and they can break as well. If you learn how to use one correctly, you should be ok.

Condoms are not 100% foolproof. They do break. Even a small hole invisible to the eye can be enough to get you pregnant.

Yes...you can. Condoms can break. Also, they are not 100% protection from pregnancy, especially when used as the sole form of protection.

You can, since no birth control method is 100% effective, but it's a hell of a lot better to use one than not!
Using other forms of birth control in additon to condoms can increase effectiveness.
