Annoying guy at work.?
this guy i work with has suddenly tried to put me on frontstreet. ive been working at this business for two months, he has never spoken to me. one day out of no where he says i dont speak to anyone(greet) while he was walking by me he then says my behavior is fake. im not there at my job to make friends or acquantices why would he suddenly say that to me.

Because he's an idiot!! There's AT LEAST one in every workplace babe!!! Don't play his game, and don't give it another thought!!! Most likely, he is threatened by you in some way. YOU are the better person, and he knows it. Stay that way!!

Why don't you ask him- he is probally trying reverse phycology on you and actually wants to talk to you----------or he may think you are a snob for not being chatty, he may be just trying to be funny and make you laugh ( some people's sense of humour is not understood by others) or maybe he is just a smart a-----e . Don't be offended, if he says such things- the best approach is to just smile- if he thinks you are a snob- he'll see you are friendly, if he is a smart a----e he will feel embarrassed, if he is trying to be funny then he'll think he has been and if he is trying to impress you or someone else then he will feel he has succeeded, and quess what-------------you haven't said a word or made a bad vibe and all is cool---------------

You have several choices.
You can meet him after work and ask him what the problem is a (if you invite him for a coffee or something, he won't feel you are being hostile in saying: "What's your problem?". He may have soome hangup with you that is worth exploring - you never know, he might actually become a friend.
Or, you can completely ignore him.
Or, you can ignore him and concentrate on making friends with others, as a buffer if he gives you trouble inthe future.
In any case, it is always worth making friends, and if you can turn an enemy into a friend, it is like making two friends! (Like turning a $1000 debt into a $1000 credit!).

the guy may be effective and being concerned to the girls yet while he communicate over with the adult adult males its continuously "oh that b*tch this b*itch" and continuously the storys that are 80% frequently untrue, so the adult adult males that understand him from the guy to guy conversations tell u he's a jerk. the the two females say he's effective, yet how u understand this jerk doesnt fool with the two the girls and u approximately to grow to be the third in his black e book??? a guy could in no way say yet another guy is a jerk whether he likes u. its a guy ingredient. they in comparison to females in this factor

maybe he's shy around people he doesn't know and just happens to notice your "fake" behavior. Instead of taking this like that, maybe you should think about how you act. Do you ever greet anyone? Is your behavior REALLY fake??

If he's not your superior go to one and report him for making antagonizing comments to you. He's obviously trying to start a fight and that's bad for productivity.
