Easy solution, buy some contact paper, translucent[light can get through, but you can't really see inside], and put on the inside of the windows for privacy. They make some just for that purpose, I saw a roll in a catalog for not a lot of money.Block the wheels, flatten the tires, so it won't roll. Consider taking them off totally. Leave the backseat in place for seating, or take it out for access into the trunk. You might consider putting the front seat back in, with it's back towards the dashboard, for seating, if it fits..

Weld the doors shut take out the windows. You can cut plywood for the windshield and one of the door windows, seal it with silicone. find an old camper shell for the bed and seal it on. Remove the suspension and set it firmly on the ground so it will be stable and wont roll off. Leave as much of the interior as you feel is safe for the age kids that will be playing in it.
