Always remember that the difference between a good haircut and a bad haircut is about two weeks. My barber Ray Charles used to tell me that all the time.

I think that a haircut can make or break someone's appearance. One of the sexiest things that I find in a guy is a good haircut.

It can do either...I hate seeing people with unwashed or uncombed hair. Seeing someone with a fresh haircut definitely ups their appearance.

Yes, it can. But, it does not always.
A bad haircut with your friends is fine. They'll just laugh it off.
A bad haircut at work can cost you.
It depends on the circumstances.

It all depend on how you feel about yourself. If you don't have confidence in yourself the best hairstyle in the world will not help.
