I would have to say YES that young female celebrities are extremely bad role models and completely out of control! And I'd have to say YES that the media has no scruples, and they are promoting this vulgarness in the completely wrong light.

The media is nothing more than a conduit of bad behavior. These so-called celebs are a disgusting bunch of whores. Isn't it nice to know what our impressionable young kids have rammed down their throats these days? Parents can't be around the kids 24/7, and we are constantly having our efforts to raise children in a moral way, thwarted but the media and celebs. It's just a shame to see how we put onto pedestals, people who are usually too drunk or stoned to stand up on them.

It's both.
Morals are lower than ever; celebrities and the media feed each other.

The media wants to sell the most sensational story and celebrities crave the most exposure.

I am so fed up with celebrities, who really cares! There is more to life and I don't think they are good role models. Tyra Banks seems to do a good show about self-esteem issues relating to young women and I think she is one of the few that does.

They could carry themselves better, but they are young and doing what most of us have done at that age. Only they have people following them with cameras, and I always wore underwear.
