When I wear sports bras or just when my breasts are close together, this weird smelling white film comes.What is it? How can I prevent it? It smells like yeast.This is totally embarassing but I have to know what this means.

Hmmm... The only thing I can really think of is that youre feeling a layer of sweat due to the lack of oxygen circulation because of the tight bra.. If it's more of a dischargey thing, you should see a doctor. Good luck hun!

If the discharge is from the nipples, it is not normal and so you should check with your doctor.
If the smell is due to an improperly washed bra or due to accumulated sweat which is not cleaned properly, simple washing of the bra and body is adequate. The smell can also be caused by using too much of germicidal soap which kills even useful bacteria of the body.
Try to eliminate the causes one by one before you go to the doctor but if the discharge persists, you must consult with your doctor.
