Lots of security programs out there that block these sites.
You can also use customized hosts file like Winhelp2002 hosts file, or just don't go to these sites then they won't appear in your screen.
Unless of course your pc is infected that's why these sexual pages are appearing.

This is one I've used. Works great. You create a password to get into the program once you installed it. And if you don't know the password you can't delete it or change the settings. You can't delete it outside the program.
