I drove all through town trying to find a fast-food place that was open. Carl's Jr. and Burger King were open today. I wasn't craving either, but I didn't have any ham or turkey at home.

No, and it's amazing you said that, because every Christmas Day without exception I feel the same way, I want a burger or something. It's probably because we crave what we can't have, and when society closes for a day we want the strangest things from society.

I don't think its weird to crave fast food when its closed. I think that it just means that you'll have to wait a little bit longer until it reopens again.

So no, i don't think it's wierd.

It's the whole thing about not being able to have it even if you want it.

The big meal was breakfast around our place. They went to McDonald's for dinner. I'm not kidding. They just didn't want leftover sausage and eggs. Go figure.
