Body size could mean different things to different people - height ,weight, chest, bottom, in general. If you are referring to specific body parts such as breast or (head) hair, etc., then you would get specific answers. Measurement is by using a standard tape.

It's determined by the ratio of weight to height.. I suppose one would also factor in bone-structure somewhere.
