How can I make my chest bigger?

I have a verrrry flat chest ((34A)) and I was wondering if there were any excersizes to make them bigger. I don't mean up to a 38DDD but a 32B would be nice. And also I don't want the wonder bra or stuffing answer. Thanks

Gain weight. I'm normally a 36 A, but since I gained 20 pounds I'm a 36 B. Yes, the saddle bags do suck, but at least now I have some cleave.

P.S. One good thing about little ones is that when you get older and they do start to sag they actually look pretty nice, way better than all those big busted girls. Theirs will just look like two baseballs in a tube sock.

The best way w/out implants, or if you just don't have the money, is to wear hugely padded bras.But it really depends on how old you are. I don't ever usually wear padded bras because my breats grew out nicely, but if you're still on the younger side, just go with the padded bra.

P.S. - don't even worry about it....most ppl like all natural breasts, and you can do many natural things to help them grow without paying lots of money to have implants put in.

ummm ooky implants are not the answer...women get nice chest for free so uhh dont waste ur money. another way is to work out ur pecks..ur chest will get bigger by a bit but it'll get hard too. another way is eat more meat but excersise aswell

There is not nothing much you can do to get bigger breasts.THey come when they want to.It all depends on the harmones and the genes.If you come from a family with big breast then it is likely you will get big breast.

Really, there's no excercise you can do to make them BIGGER--in fact, most might even reduce the size. No doubt, they'll pop up to a better size soon.

Believ eme, my best friend used to have a REALLY flat chest--it really bothered her, but ther Summer before she went to 8th grade, they just...got bigger. XD

Im pretty sure any toning of the muscles in your chest would result in making them even smaller. Just a guess though.

Uhmmm go o a plastic surgeon and they will help you out there. But implants would lead you to a bad future b/c they will eventually get all saggy when you are older and eventully not turn out to be sexy! My friend had them done 3 years ago and now they are saggy and soooo not hot. To tell you the truth juss do what you want!

Maybe you should consider implants if you want them that bad! It depends on your age and weight why they are not growing! If you are a skinny person maybe put ona few pouns and of course your breast will grow! Good Luck!
