This has nothing to do with wrestling but I'll answer anyway. In the movie Napoleon dynamite Pedro rand for class or school president. Not sure which one but anyway he ran for something.

If you watch the movie, Napoleon Dynamite, there's a character named Pedro who's running for class president...and so there are "Vote for Pedro" shirts.
I don't know why people like that movie so much. It's so stupid---I guess that's why it's funny...

That is from the movie Napolenion Dynomite! In the movie a guy named Pedro is running for Pres. for something for school and they make shirts that say VOTE FOR PEDRO!
