free as far as I know, but I have found a site that is very easy to use and basically none of the unwanted stuff that is common on other site. Its free as well. www.piolet.com

It is free, but I would recommend extreme caution. You can pick up a LOT of nasty viruses, scripts, and spy ware if you are not careful and even if you are careful.
Keep in mind, also, that you should not file share any copyrighted files. That is illegal.
