There isn't one specific way anyone carries either sex, but I always hear stories about girls being carried low and "watermellon" like. Boys are carried high and like a basketball. In my personal experience, I'm having a boy and carrying low and like a basketball. It all depends on your body type, how strong your stomach muscles are and how many children you've had previously.

No, it's an old wives tale.

"The way you are carrying during your pregnancy is one of the most oft cited ways of determining the sex of your baby. The general story goes that, if you're carrying low, you're having a boy. If you are carrying high, then you must be having a girl. Science says "NO, NO, NO!" to this: the way you carry is determined by muscle and uterine tone as well as the position of your baby."
