Is KaZaA still running?

i heard many years ago that KaZaA was spying on people who used a web cam while in the program KaZaA, is that true?

what happened if this is true? did they get sued or something"If this is True."

This is not true in anyway shape or form.

I thing alot of peole stopped using this site because they were too many viruses being picked up and the downloads were too slow as well.
