Mine isn't a specific job. More like "what if science/religion were in the working world":
1. Science would be a workaholic and spend long nights doing work.
Religion would work in PR.
2. Science would be pretty independent doing as much as required to actually keep his job. He'd only work with colleagues if they have the same goals for the project. Religion would put his own little spin on every single job he had to do, never following the job as given. He has another boss, anyway.
3. I'd prefer science, but he wouldn't be very personable. I'd also love Science-personified (this time it's female). Of course she'd probably be kind of boring, but that doesn't matter.
4. I'd rather compete against religion, even though science would be very logical and methodical, religion is just so whiny and won't admit defeat.
5. The Boss would like religion, he's a money-making machine.
6. Science would make a better student.

1. Science would be the inventor and innovator while religion would be the sales force, killing anyone who got in the way of the product. Religion is ruthless to competitors and once a customer is sold they are usually very loyal.
2. Science would be very critical of the boss questioning their decisions and while religion would follow orders blindly, on faith alone if you wish or out of fear of being fired, knowing that the only alternative is to work in the fiery pits of McDonald's for eternity.
3. I would be friends with Science and lovers with science not because it is more attractive or anything but simply because religion is insanely jealous and intolerant.
4. Again I would stick with science as my teammate, I would be assured of getting to the right answer. Religion would be constantly changing its mind. Ironically I would be afraid to compete against religion, they would probably go one some murderous crusade once religion and I beat them.
5. The boss would like religion personally due to their constant *** kissing every Sunday but would get better results from science.
6. Science, religion is simply not logical. Maybe if I was an abstract artist or a politician then religion would win.
I hope I answered all of your questions and I hope I at least offended one person and with luck 2 or more.

I happen to work in a science lab....
-What jobs/task each of the two will take?
Religion decides what questions to try to answer, and gives succor and encouragement to the abjectly unpublished. Science does the rest.
-What attitude each will have towards bosses /colleagues
Religion has no concern for what anyone thinks of how his/her job is done -- s/he is truly irreplaceable and infallible. Science calculates how to be the most helpful to others and is really popular, because s/he always has effective solutions. S/he works.
-Which is going to be your friend, and hwo could win your heart as a lover?
I'm friends with both - Science introduced me to Religion and saw to it that we had an understanding. Science wins my heart because s/he is so dependable and true. Religion wins my heart with unconditional love.
-Which would you like to team with and wich would you be afraid to compete against and why?
I'd team with Science, because too often, folks just don't get Religion and how s/he works. Religion is a behind-the-scenes kind of character and is very effective there, but too many folks just can't face who s/he really is - they try to put him/her into roles where s/he doesn't belong, asking too much of him/her and never asking for what s/he can do best. Science is popular and always has a good answer - I'd be afraid to compete because it's possible for Science to slam Religion with pure logic, and unless you can think really abstractly, you might think Religion was useless.
-Which of them your boss would like more, and why?
The boss I have is Science's bosom buddy. They're like twins almost. But the boss respects Religion and looks up to him/her to do his/her job like no one else can.
-Which of them have a better chance in suceeding in your career?
My job is pretty hands-on and technical, so Science would excel. Religion would bungle it, due to being too focused on ends and not means.

I would get along with both, simply because they would be quite adorable caricatures of religiousity and scientifism.

You are just too fast to give a lot of questions. I cannot even make up my mind. It's just too complicated to itemize the answer.
