I'm most interested in an editorial story about a drive Setright wrote about involving a friend of his, his friends wife and a Bristol motor car.

Try www.wikipedia.org and enter either "LJK Setright" or "Car Magazine" in the search bar.

This may come up with a few example of his work and/or it may provide links to websites with them.

Wow! LJK Setright, he's very 'old school'. Motoring journalism before it was taken-over by classless idiotic vandals like Clarkson, and that sawn-off little **** who crashed the rocket-car thing.

I'm sorry I can't really answer your question, but I did just want to comment on your desire to find LJKS editorials.

Best Of Luck.

You know, as a student editor of our school magazine, you should talk about it with your fellow editors, or you could dish out a questionaire to see what the student body is interested in. But of course, as I am here to asnwer your question, I suggest you take some of the headline news or hot topics of your fellow students to arouse their interest in your paper. You can also add a column to ask what advice teachers can give to graduating students if you're in a high school. Ask teachers of caretakers to share any experience. If these don't work, try urging the stdent body to submit some of their own work, such as their comics or short stories, that way, they don't have to bear that responsibility that you do, but still get their work published.
