I think most of us realize that you probably couldn't get drunk on one beer split between you. but you are missing the point. Any amount of alcohol can effect you and how would that make you feel if you were in an accident and someone was killed, even if it had nothing to do with the beer? If you were in an accident and they smelled the beer what would happen? You obviously think nothing of drinking a beer and driving and that is not only illegal, but immoral and dangerous for every innocent man woman and child out there. It's hard as a mother to get past that.

First of all, if you are adding something from a previous question, you should just click the little area that says edit and you can add to your question. Open beer in a car is illegal, and you are wrong. I hate people like you who think that you are special and have exceptions to the rules. Especially when it comes to things like alcohol and motor vehicles. You are not that special, so get over yourself and have some respect for yourself and the people around you.

You are so dumb.. There is not even a question here. You had an open container in your car. I don't care how sober you were, that's stupid (at least in the state I live in.) What the heck do you want us to say? Go jump in a river or something to get rid of the beer smell you dumb bimbo. People like you irritate me because you belong on a different planet!!!!

I don't see who you offended but I do wonder why my hubby can't have a beer while I am driving the car, I hate beer and can assure you that I would never share even a sip with him, so if I am driving and the dd then why can't he have a beer, don't get the logic in that one!

You are way too sensitive.
Did someone hit on a button with you? Maybe this one incident amounted to nothing at all. Nothing, except, has anyone accused you of over indulging on more than one occasion? Is there a history of drinking problems in your family?
Look closer at why you are are needing to explain this isolated incident.
