First of all, a little etiquette lesson- it is rude to refer to a male to female transsexual by their original sex, bur instead, you should refer to this person as their target gender, female. "She" instead of "he", "her" instead of "him". OK?

I don't want you to think I am jumping on you- it's just a matter of respect for the person who is transsexual.

Oh, and calling a person an "it" is a BIG no-no, also.

And, yes- if the doctor is good at performing the sex change operation, there remains sensitivity in the genitalia, and most of the time, high sensitivity. The orgasm just comes from a little different place as a new woman.
