what is the ending? and what do the keys indicate? i've gotten nine. and how many levels are there?

my game has 20 levels. in the end, the pacman finally takes over earth using all the dots he ate

I don't know about your version, but the original ( arcade machine ) had 256 levels. At the 256th level, the right side of the screen was garbled due to a computer bug. This rendered the original Pac- Man unplayable above level 256. In most other versions, the game never ends.
